1) After making sure which flight you want to book, please write to our reservation email: ella@100t.com. We check every hour during our working time and reply as soon as possible. (Before writing this email, if you have any question, can leave a message on our message board or send us an email, we will reply you a.s.a.p.)
2) In your email, please mark your name, passport NO., the flight you want to book (This is very important.).
3) After receiving your reservation email, we will check the flights'availability for you again. If there are tickets available, we'll book for you.
4) After finishing the booking, we will send a confirmation letter and a Credit Card Payment Authorization Form to you.
5) Please read our confirmation carefully, especially for your name and passport NO..
6) After all, please sign the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and fax/send it back to us as well as the copies of your credit card.
7) After receiving your credit card form, we will charge the fare from your card and issue the e-tickets, then let you know the e-tickets order NO..
Hotel Reservation:
1) After making sure which hotel and room type you want to book, find the hotel page, click the "RESERVE" button. Fill in what request. We check every hour during our working time and reply as soon as possible. (Before clicking the "RESERVE" button, if you have any question, can leave a message on our message board or send us an email, we will reply you a.s.a.p.)
2) After receiving your reservation information, we will check the hotels' availability for you. If there are rooms available, we'll book for you. If not, we will suggest other room types or hotels to you.
4) After finishing the booking, we will send a confirmation letter and a Credit Card Payment Authorization Form to you.
5) Please read our confirmation carefully. If no problem, then sign it, fax/send it back to us as well as the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and the copies of your credit card.
7) After receiving your confirmation and credit card form, we will charge the fare from your card and pay hotel for you, then let you know the confirmation NO. of hotel. You can use this number or your reservation name to check in.

How to pay (Terms of Payment):
Due to our special rates and special arrangements with the hotels and airlines, full prepayment to hotel and airlines are required. We prefer full prepayment by credit card, but 3% extra tax is required. If you don't want to pay the 3% extra tax, can also consider below terms of payment.
1. Guarantee by your credit card, then pay us in cash upon arrvial.
2. Guarantee by your credit card, then pay by credit card when you arrive in Sanya, but extra 3% of total amount will be charged by the bank.
