In your email, please mark your
name, passport No., the items you want to book (This is very important.).
If possible, please let us know from which city you will travel to
Sanya or Haikou, and then to where you will travel. |

After receiving your reservation
email, we will check the hotels and flights’ availability for you.
If there are rooms or tickets available, we'll send you a quotation. |

After receiving our quotation,
if you think the price is ok, please kindly let me know. After booking
the rooms and tickets for you, we will send a confirmation letter
to you. Please find the EXAMPLE. |

Please read our confirmation
carefully, especially for your name and passport No. (If you book
flight, these are very important.) If no problem, please firm up it
with your signature, then fax or send back to us. |
